What is Celosphere?

Celosphere is the annual user conference for customers and partners of Celonis. It’s the only global gathering of the Celonis community. For two days, the top 3,000 process experts in the world convene to connect, learn, share, and take their business performance and careers to the next level.

When and where will Celosphere take place?

Celosphere will take place in Munich, Germany at the Munich Airport on November 14 and 15, 2023.

Who should come to Celosphere?

Celosphere is a user conference that is designed primarily for current Celonis customers and partners, whose teams come to hear about new product announcements, get the latest info and training on Celonis capabilities, and share best practices with other customers.

Attendees come from a variety of business areas, including IT, Process Excellence, and different lines of business — Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Shared Services, and more.

Companies from a variety of industries attend and present at Celosphere, including Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Pharma, Telco, Utilities, Oil & Gas, High Tech, and Public Sector.

There will be relevant session content for Celonis customers and partners in all of the roles and industries above.

If you’re not yet a Celonis customer, Celosphere can be a great place to get started, and you may want to consider joining for our introductory sessions like “Zero to Process Mining.”

Is Celosphere streaming online? What content will be available virtually and on-demand?

The full Celosphere experience is only available to in-person attendees in Munich. However, we will host the Celosphere Online event on December 6, where we will live-stream the Opening Keynote and a selection of the best sessions.

Sessions will also be available on-demand after the event. In-person and virtual attendees will receive a link to session recordings.

What Celonis credentials can be earned at Celosphere and how do I earn them?

You can earn a badge from the Celonis Academy by attending an instructor-led training on the day before the event. We have three courses available for different roles: Analysts, Business Users, and Data Engineers. Note that these are add-on tickets with an additional cost.

Registration

How do I register for Celosphere?

To register for Celosphere, go to the Celosphere page and click the “Come to Celosphere in Munich” button. You will be asked to select your ticket and enter your payment information.

Once registered, you will receive your ticket via email.

How much does it cost to attend Celosphere?

The full price of a Celosphere General Attendee ticket is € 1499, not including VAT. Discounts are available for early bird purchasers and groups. See the registration page for details.

What does my Celosphere ticket include?

General Attendee tickets include:

  • Full pass to the Celosphere main event on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 14-15
  • Access to all sessions: keynotes, breakouts, roundtables, workshops, and more
  • Access to all public areas of the conference, including the Expo Hall, networking areas, and more
  • Meals included: breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee, happy hour refreshments on November 14-15

Partner tickets include all of the above, plus full access to the
Celonis Ecosystem Summit, which takes place on
Monday, November 13, the day before the main event. This is a full day of enablement and education exclusively for Celonis Partners.

Add-on tickets are available for those interested in attending an instructor-led training from the Celonis Academy, which take place on Monday, November 13, the day before the main event. Instructor-led trainings are available for Business Users, Analysts, and Data Engineers.

Can I refund my ticket or transfer it to another person?

We’re taking over an empty airplane hangar at the Munich Airport and transforming it into an incredible, unforgettable experience for Celosphere 2023.

Celosphere 2023 is hosted at the Munich airport in Hangar 3.

By public transit

From Munich, take the S-Bahn (lines S-1 or S-8) or the Lufthansa Express Bus to the Flughafen München stop (NOT the Besucherpark stop). Go to the MAC info-desk within Terminal 1 and find the Celosphere Welcome Desk. Our staff will direct you to the Airport Central Bus Station, where a shuttle bus will take you to the event venue at Hangar 3.

The walk from the parking lot to the venue is 10 minutes. Event staff will guide you.

You will be directed to the parking lot when you arrive. There, you can park your car free of charge.

The walk from the parking lot to the venue is 10 minutes. Event staff will guide you.

There are about 1000 parking spaces in the Celosphere parking lot for an event of 3000 attendees, so parking will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Due to limited parking and to help make the event more sustainable, we highly recommend that you take shuttles, public transit, taxi or rideshare.

Are there hotel blocks available?

Yes, we have a limited number of rooms available at a discounted rate exclusively for Celosphere attendees at The Westin Grand Munich hotel. Use this link to check availability and book your room.

When should I travel to and from Munich?

Celosphere has two full days of programming on November 14 and 15. So we recommend arriving in Munich at least one day earlier (November 13) and departing the day after the event (November 16) or later.

Which airport is closest to Munich?

The closest airport is Munich’s Franz Josef Strauß Airport (MUC) (German: Flughafen München Franz Josef Strauß). Celosphere will take place at the airport in Hangar 3 Ost. The airport is located about 35 kilometers (20 miles) from the Munich city center.

Where should I stay in Munich?

During the Event

How do I pick up my badge when I arrive?

Visit the registration desks near the entrance of the Celosphere venue to sign in and pick up your badge. Please bring a government-issued photo ID.

Registration opens at 9:00am CET on November 14 and is open throughout the event.

Will meals be provided at Celosphere?

Yes, breakfast, lunch, coffee, snacks, and happy hour refreshments will be provided on both days of the event.

Is there a place to check my bag and coat?

Yes, there is a coat check near the registration desks.
