Celonis is creating a champion's league for Centers of Excellence (CoEs) with an inaugural group of more than 40 companies, which have realized more than €10 million in value with Celonis EMS.
These enterprises, evenly split between EMEA and North America, are being recognized as CeloCoEs, the best of the best. To qualify as a CeloCoE, at least 5 of the 6 following criteria have to be met in 2022:
€10 million in value realized;
More than 10 processes deployed;
More than 10 people devoted to the CoE;
More than 100 active users;
Active executive sponsor(s);
Execution Management System (EMS) features in action.
Dr. Lars Reinkemeyer, Vice President of Customer Transformation at Celonis, said CeloCoE leaders represent an exclusive peer group which shares best practices, learning from each other’s successes as well as failures and pitfalls. They form a strong community of pioneers and entrepreneurs, who strive to drive value and innovation for their company, he added. "We are building a champions league community to continuously raise the bar," said Reinkemeyer, who had been previously in charge of Process Mining at Siemens.
The companies that currently make the CeloCoE cut are large enterprises that are cross industry and regions. These companies reached the €10 million in value realized mark in various time frames, with some building returns over time and others in little more than a year.
The one common thread between these execution management champions is that they have at least one active executive sponsor. These CeloCoEs have someone who is bold and sets a north star with ambitious targets that pushes the organizations towards higher performance.
Celonis will hold workshops for these CeloCoEs in Munich and New York starting in April. Besides peer-exchange, Celonis will also share findings from a recent CoE survey, best practices and advice on garnering more value with industry-specific domain knowledge.
The CeloCoE effort is part of the Celonis Customer Transformation Advisory, which aims to couple industry experts - who have gained hands-on operational experiences - with customers. Celonis Customer Transformation Advisory passes along best practices, change management and operating model acceleration advice.
