Celonis Drives Innovation & Exchange among Process Mining Community, Opens Executive Briefing Center in Munich

Launch of this new dedicated site provides hands-on experiences and promotes valuable exchange among the process mining community within the German market

MUNICH - July 18, 2023 - Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining, today announced the opening of its first Executive Briefing Center in Germany. The Celonis headquarters  in Munich (the second headquarter is located in New York City) have been expanded by two floors to create space for customers and partners to experience process mining technology firsthand and to share insights with one another.

In this Executive Briefing Center, visitors will have the opportunity to test Celonis’ software live and learn from practical examples how they can derive data-driven added value from their processes. Interactive demos, visualizations, real-world customer examples and product development insights will showcase the current and future uses of process mining, and visitors will leave knowing how to drive rapid and sustainable business value, despite the ongoing macroeconomic challenges.

"Our annual events like Celosphere and Celonis World Tour show us again and again how important the personal exchange with the process mining community is, not only for our customers and partners, but also for Celonis and the further development of our technology," explains Remy Lazarovici, Managing Director DACH at Celonis. "We also want to convey this very special atmosphere and this shared spirit of innovation in our new Executive Briefing Center. Centrally located in Munich, we can both bring our customers into contact with each other here and promote the exchange with Celonis experts and our partners."

With the opening of the new Executive Briefing Center in Munich, Celonis underlines the special importance of the DACH (German, Austrian and Swiss) market. Many companies in the region have been active users and avid fans of  process mining. Their experiences and close cooperation are particularly important for Celonis to be able to continue to  develop the technology further. The goal of the new center is to drive joint innovation projects and to further expand and strengthen the close relationships with customers, partners and the scientific and academic communities.

As market leader in the field of process mining, Celonis helps companies find and capture value opportunities inside their business, letting them free up cash, take company performance to new levels, and delight customers at a time when they need it most. However, medium-sized businesses, which are particularly strong in Germany, are also increasingly faced with the challenge of working in a data-based manner. In addition, cooperation with the public sector in DACH will be driven forward even more strongly in the future. As a new center for process mining, the Executive Briefing Center is to promote the implementation of this strategy.

With more than 750 employees, the Munich headquarters are Celonis' largest office worldwide and the heart of the R&D department. Close cooperation with local universities also ensures that the Munich headquarters are a key driver of innovation for the company.
